Recently, a lot of people worry about overweight or obesity in the world. Australia is one of the countries which have obesity problems. Overweight sometimes cause life-style related diseases. It’s very dangerous.
According to the first statistics, overweight people are increasing. And normal people are decreasing. I think it is not only overweight but also thin is increasing probably. This isn’t good for our health, either. Associate professor Gavin Turrell says “Being inactive increases the risk of obesity, chronic disease, heart disease, diabetes, come cancers, arthritis and depression.” This is why, to keep health care is important.
Cause of obesity is bad eating habit. There are a lot of foods like junk foods, fried foods in the world. Even the lunch of school, students eat a lot of junk foods. If we have a little, it is no problem. But too much junk food is dangerous.
We have to take care of our eating habit. Taking vegetables also need. But the most important thing is to eat with thinking balance. It will cause to decrease obesity people.
